edward Wtrailer tire had a nail in it and was going flat and the trailer lights didn't work...not good when your going 300 miles round trip on a highway.

YOLANDA Twebsite was confusing, didn't know I would be charged for 2 days for picking it up the night before thanksgiving, I would have just picked it up the one day I needed it to avoid the extra day! The location was great but the website got me... wont ever use uhaul website or app again.
Addam SI noticed a safety issue with one of the ramps on the trailer. I reported it to the receiving location personnel. They noted it.
ROBERT SOur 20' truck was incredibly dirty. We had to clean it before using it. Found medical type needles in it. Console had something sticky spilled in it. This is the second time we've rented from this location and not gotten the dolly we requested. The guy at the shop is friendly and seems like a good person. Just with they checked the trucks for cleanliness and added the dolly to the truck when during the prep.

Regina MThe gentlemen we dealt with was very helpful; however, he did the entire rental and payment transaction his cell phone. The location is a thrift store where he told us there is no computer nor internet. I did not like having to text him a copy of the front and back of my (and my husband's) driver's license. In the past, I have simply shown my license and the information was entered on the contract. But ... there was a hurricane headed our way so we had to do what we had to do. At least he had a truck available and did not "rent it out from under us" like they did at Taylor Storage Center (3498 S Byron Pkway, Perry FL) where I had my reservation. The lady at that facility was RUDE - VERY RUDE! Offered no assistance when I asked why she rented a truck that was reserved other than 'call u-haul'.

ROBERT SMake sure they can verify your identity first before arranging pickup. Make sure truck is available. Got screwed around on id verification, had to verify in person, luckily a emplyee was there and said truck we were rented wasn't even ready, due to being worked on the day before. Totally disappointed in UHaul scheduling and phone help
BILLIE FThey overcharged me when I took the truck back. Charged for cleaning and the truck was clean. They charged for mileage and I already paid for ten miles and we used 81/2 miles. I put gas back in the truck, they charged me
PAUL WThe place was under water and we soaked our shoes trying to hook up the trailer along with no assistance from the owner of the establishment. Poor customer communication and knowledge of the renter.
Annette EThe issue wasn't with the pick up location, the lady there was extremely helpful. The reservation was made for a location in Lake City. The day before pick up we were told it was moved to another location in lake city. We drove an hour to pick the truck up and there wasn't one there so we had to drive an additional 35 mins farther from home to pick the truck up. This added more miles to the truck than we had planned as well as over 2 hours of travel time not including the time it took to find out where a truck was. On top of that the blankets and dolly that were reserved weren't available at either of those locations so we had to drive to Gainesville to get those. I'm not sure why a reservation would be made & accepted by UHAUL for weeks if it can't be accommodated. Now we've been billed, refunded, billed, refunded and billed again. Honestly not sure how a company can be run in such chaos.

Glenn SI reserved online. I reserved an appliance dolly and blankets. They had neither. She called several other locations and finally found a dolly and half the blankets. I had to drive 8 miles out of town to pick up. When I got there i had to load myself. At least she didn’t charge me due to the hassle.

BARDRICK MHad bad reception with internet service, took over an hour to check in with having to take pictures. And when I returned it, it took forever to get reception as well. I ended up having to call to return truck. Then when I received my bill it was very high with all the extra charges. Extra mileage I could see it because I had to make an extra trip to receive my belongings, but I sent a picture of the fuel while I was doing check in and the charges do not reflect the gas gage picture I took. Not happy that my protection quote was originally $30.00 but was charged $45.00 on final bill. And extra gas and I think I saw a extra service fee for returning late. But I wasn't late, I had trouble with the internet connection. Will never use this location ever again. NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!18503254

Brian COriginal drop off given to me by text was 114 spruce st. Live Oak Fl. This address was not a U-Haul dealer. Two trailers in a vacant lot and no office around. Checked with used car lot and they said it happened before and they sent us to dealer in other location

AUSTIN PBreaks had an issue, needed help to load truck from my storage unit. They sent their two sons, who packed our truck poorly and everything came tumbling down, damaged many items too much to mention. The owner didn't make clear the gas indicator, so I put an extra $50 dollars of gas in and the guy at the other end said SORRY....to bad for you. They were more interested in free stuff to be given over to them so they could sell at their resale shop.....The boys need to learn how to pack a truck before offering their services and charging for a professional job. WHAT A MESS. We had to hire a company to go in and pull crushed items out because it was a dangerous mess. They never even strapped boxes in. Big gauge in brand new freezer door....WOW bad experience all around.
