The representative at the location was very professional and had excellent communication skills. I have no qualms with him. I had a lot of issues in terms of booking, customer service agents on the phone, and the lack of information provided online. 1. When booking, customers should not be able to pick date and times that are not available. I have had my booking time changed twice due to no availabilities. This is extremely difficult to work around especially when you have to plan around elevator bookings. 2. When a customer rents a truck, they should pay a hefty fine if they return the truck late. They cannot simply rent a truck for 4 hours but take it for 6 without paying a significant penalty. Yesterday, I had a booking for 2pm and a customer did not return the truck till almost 3:30. While I was provided a credit for the inconvenience, I would prefer having my truck ready to go because keeping a schedule is tough. 3. In terms of payments, while paying with a credit card would be logical, when I booked, I had an option to pick between debit or credit. However, when I went to the store, I was told to pay with credit or to pay a large security deposit with cash. This kind of information should be transparent. Do not allow debit info to be processed online if it cant even be used upon payment in the store. 4. Customer service agents on the phone were very unprofessional. While I simply asked why my booking keeps on changing, they would get upset and speak in an unprofessional manner. Then they would transfer my call to someone else who could help but no one would pick up the phone. I was forced to hang up multiple times. 5. When asking for an estimate on predicated mileage, be upfront and tell the customer online that this estimate would be added to the payment before taking the truck. I did not know I had to pay for it prior. When I did my booking, the final price did not include this. But when I went to the location to pay, it was included in the final price. I have no issues paying for it prior. I am asking for transparency.

DIMITAR GI didn’t have the opportunity to let you know when I returned truck that the gas cap was completely off. The back of the truck my Dad (Archie) wanted me to tell you he cleaned out for you. The driver side windshield wiper was ineffective. There was no ramp which was extra work for us. Otherwise. The rep was super courteous, pleasant and swift. Thanks so much for the truck. It did the job.

Abraham nWas given a faulty lock. Location has no drop-box or place to leave keys after-hours. Lock was broken so I had to lift the dolly into the cab, keep the key with me after returning vehicle and then had to return the following day to drop off key.
