The app sucks. It took 30 minutes to try and upload photos and the verification before pick up would not work I had to talk to a support person just to bypass the verification.

Some kind of uhaul sign to mark office location. Or better communication about lack of uhaul advertising. Also inside of truck has white substance on walls that wasn't noticed until it got on my belongings.
