Vernon HThe location was very helpful and affiant. The Moss owners in Kosciusko, MS office were awesome. HOWEVER, the main office in Jackson, MS was NOT very affiant or helpful. We were very close to the turn in time when someone from Jackson called and wondered why we had not returned it yet. When we did return to the local office, we realized that U-Haul had charged us on my credit card through January 23, 2026. I still have a $1585.00 or so charge still pending. Please take care of this immediately. My credit card charges 28 percent interest once billing comes around. I still cannot imagine how they "accidently" made such a "large" mistake. I actually think you should give us a credit or refund for that amount. My name is Mary Brock and my brother is Stansel Earl Jennings who was the one who rented. I just allowed him to use my credit card because he does not have one. He feels awful about it. As I mentioned the Jackson, MS office owes him an apology. His number is 662-705-3874.
