We paid for a utility cart and it was not provided. We were unable to get one and made for terrible struggle with the move.

Poor business and work ethics. I originally selected a 22' truck with auto transport and a noon pick-up time on Wednesday the 12th. I have every text and email supporting and proving this. A few days before my pick-up, I get a text asking if I would like a free upgrade to a 26' truck, I declined and said no, well on pick-up day, that's what I got. Not a big issue I guess, but here's the real issue, I show up ten minutes early (11:50am) to a sign on the door saying "At lunch be back at 12:30." This is a guy who owns an insurance office and runs a uhaul rental as a side hustle. Get there to two ladies that had no idea how to do anything in relation to the uhaul business. I showed them I had a noon pick-up and they seemed not to care. The one lady trys to get ahold of the owner(Ron I believe) and couldn't because he was at the golf course. Great customer service! So this guy goes in and switched my time to show I had a 2:00pm pick-up. This is shady and unprofessional as hell! I never received any email or text about picking up my rental. The ladies tried saying the keys were in the truck, they were not. They were in a lockbox, one of three and they had to look around to find the codes. Finally get the key. The truck is at a quarter of a tank, which is a first for me, but whatever. I asked for the out contract and inspection, they said there wasn't one and they couldn't print anything. I told them I needed the paperwork because this was a rental for the military and needed all the documentation. They finally get ahold of a "Mitch", guessing Ron's assistant manager for uhaul. He was awesome and very helpful. He was able to at least email me the paperwork that I needed. I finally left with what I needed after 2:00pm, well over two hours after my initial pick-up time. Not happy at all whatsoever with how this uhaul business operates, or lack thereof I should say.
Troy KThis location had multiple businesses under one roof. The lady in the office was playing Solitaire on the computer and was absolutely oblivious as to what I needed to do to turn in the tow dolly that I was returning. I had to call the 800 number.
