Mindi was great and super helpful and a breeze to work with. She went above and beyond. Sorry for leaving the truck a mess, but had to get to dinner with my daughter who I hadn’t seen in 6 months. Mindi was very kind.

At this location, Mindy was absolutely incredible! So informative, so helpful. She went above and beyond to make my experience as easy as possible.
CRAIG CWe had to use the app as the facilty closed due to a family emergency. The app was horible and took over2 hours to make work even with multiple help from truck share. We did not appreciate having to stand in the street for this 2 hours delay. We had no facilities. We needed to get the truck and get it loaded. Our helpers had to wait. This was a real pain! We should not have had to go through this as we had pre-booked and paid at the tiem we reserved the truck in advance.
