When I reserved the trailer, I was quoted a special rate of about $100 or more less than I actually paid. That was supposed to be a special deal for the drop off location in Kalispell Montana. I wish that I'd been given a paper quote at that time confirming price and location, When I actually picked up the trailer a different person was not there and could not find that rate. Since I needed the trailer, I reluctantly paid. She suggested that the price I was quoted did not include tax, but I know it did.
RONALD GThe people at Uhail Traffic kelp putting my pick up time at 12pm and I finally had to get the Lady at New Frontier Storage to go in and fix it. Also the text I got was to return it about 2 miles from where I was at and I had already talked to the closest uhaul place and they were really nice and gave me instructions that help with my return.
HAZEL DOUsed after hours drip. No way to put equipment behind fence or gate?! Need to improve this. Or after hours drop number to verify drop off.
