I really don’t think anything needs to be improved. We were a little confused at first as we were expecting to see some U-Haul signage but then saw of couple of trucks parked in the lot. Kind and courteous gentleman who helped us.
Deborah GThis dealer is new to the U-haul system. They had no clue regarding how to rent the 15' truck I reserved. Spent over two hours in the facility and was unable to get vehicle rented. Came back the following morning and was able to pick up the truck after I showed the cashier my receipt from Uhaul.
