Arrived to nobody able to check the equipment out. After waiting 15 minutes someone arrived. They checked equipment out and attempted to tell me everything was in working order. Upon personal inspection one tire was flat. Mentioning this i was told it wasnt flat just low. I pulled my jump box air compressor from my personal vehicle to air tire. It was 4 psi attempting to fill with air and the noise of air was so loud I stop filling the tire to see the valve stem broken. I tell the uhaul rep he doesnt know what to do. Makes a call to someone who works at uhaul who claimed today was his day off. They ask what I would like to do. I say figure something out this is terribly inconvenient as I drove two hrs here for this trailer and have to make a two hour drive with a car back. The man on the phone says he will figure something out the on-site rep says he needs to feed his kid. I sit and wait in the parking lot not moving a inch for over two hrs until someone finally comes to change the known tire with broken valve stem and another tire he claims is separating from the tread. This was by far one of the worst experiences I have had with uhaul.
