Problems with pick-up, the store employees wasted 45 minutes of my paid time, and it seemed as if they had no idea what was going on. They also tried to overcharge/scam me for $100 when I did not owe that much. The store kept calling me to bring the truck back as well while I was still on my booked timing. I was very disappointed and I would like some sort of compensation. The truck also wasn't that clean, and dealing with U-HAUL was a lot of work. Even the support calls I had to wait in a 30-minute queue and 15 minutes on hold. I had a horrible experience, and there was a thunderstorm during the whole situation.
