Deby WI was quoted one price for a day of $18 plus Tax picked it up at 4:00 PM was going to bring it back the next day before four for a total of $20 and some change that I signed contract on after leaving I was charged $41 and change because they messed up on doing the U-Haul Was not happy about talk to them about it. They did not take care of the situation. Will not purchase U-Haul from this place again.

Kelly NStop trying to put everything on an app. I dont want ten million apps on my phone. A website is just as good and should have the functionIlty. Also stop changing pickup locations last minute.

Thomas SHaving worked for uhaul myself I find having the idiot lights on in the dashboard a bit disturbing, but overall the truck was in good working order and I had no problems with the unit....

Dario MI wasn't able to rent a trailer due to an advisory based on my vehicle type. I've rented numerous times from Uhaul before using this same vehicle and renting the same size trailer, 6x12, with no issues. Ultimately, had to rent a moving truck/van and while I wasn't wanting to do that, the service, cleanliness, and service were great. Will recommend again but would like to know how to avoid this issue again. Thanks,.

Johnnathan AMy initial drop off was Stewart’s tire in newton and they refused it after I called them and made sure it was okay to bring it bc I dropped it a day early. I had to go to another location. Plus the location and ppl were REALLY sketchy. Buy Newton Feed Store was exceptional!
