Customer service called me and asked if I could change locations for my pick up for a discount. It was further that I wanted to go, but for the discount and helping a small business out, I went with it. When I get to the location nobody was there. I needed a dolly and blankets, which I purchased in my original online registration. I had to go buy a dolly and blankets which took extra time and money I did not account for. It was a terrible experience and should have just kept my original pickup location because I know that guy would have been there and taken care of me. Saturday is a big moving day, if you are a U-Haul location you would think you would be open on a Saturday.
William MTo not run on a employees time! I was made yo work around them . No customer service, I worked around her time! She obviously had things to do outside of her job.

Brian WI had a tight schedule and didn’t want to go overtime so hustled to my drop site. I was there before 9 am so I waited. I called the number on the building front and got someone who I assume was the manager of the place. She told me that she had kids to deal with and that I could just follow the drop instructions and leave the key. I did all that was instructed and of course got a message on the app indicating that I was overtime. Not true as it turns out. Altogether the exact opposite of the pickup scenario.
