You changed the location from what I had originally picked. My scheduled pick-up was for 7 a.m. This was confirmed on my contract. But this location doesn't open until 7:30. You caused me to lose a half-hour. Please update your records so this doesn't happen to someone else.

Jesse FNo one was there when I went to pick up. On the second phone call, someone answered. They thought they had contacted me two days prior to explain that - but no one called me. So I was very alarmed when this happened. He said I needed to do a Mobile Checkin. I tried on the app, but couldn't figure it out. It said everything was confirmed, so we hitched the trailer and left.
