No one was there when I went to pick up. On the second phone call, someone answered. They thought they had contacted me two days prior to explain that - but no one called me. So I was very alarmed when this happened. He said I needed to do a Mobile Checkin. I tried on the app, but couldn't figure it out. It said everything was confirmed, so we hitched the trailer and left.
