This was my second location after the original reservation store worker did not know how to complete the in store transaction after hour and half the reservation was moved to this location where the check engine light was on for this vehicle

I cant believe that in order to reserve through the app (which i have used before) you need to have a copy of your lease, passport etc to verify it you. Imagine using the app setting up a reservation same day, 30+ min away from home, at the store with purchased items. The app tells you a dealer is 7 min away from store, get there, no one is at the location to assist, the app ask for identifying info EVEN MY DRIVERS LICENSE with a head shot photo of yourself..then tells you it isn't enough..(but they got my credit card info in their system with history of truck rental) you need to take a photo of your lease or passport in order to reserve a truck!! WTF&@)!! I would have been fu(@$; if my husband was not with me to take a photo from his phone. Lesson: no dealers or app.. jus go to the store…God bless those that had a great experience using the app…cuz i didnt

Truck was in poor condition. A/C did not work. Check engine light was on. Gear shift lever was loose. Makes a terrible rattling noise. I was charged for blankets and there were not any on the truck. Wiper blades need replaced. Steering had excessive. The location was fine but the equipment was in terrible condition.

The equipment needs to be maintained better. There is no "slot " to return keys,I had to return them in the box I got them from and lock it.

. Had to wait on someone to get hair cut before getting vehicle. Vehicle air conditioning didn’t work. Broken gas cap. Lose steering .

The truck was filled with moving mats and 2 Dollie’s all of which I didn’t need and just took up space.

I would recommend checking the passenger rear tire. This is the second time we have rented and the check tire add air pressure has been on.

Gentleman was not very friendly, seemed bothered by me interrupting his barbershop business. Complained that Uhaul doesn’t tell him when he has a reservation. Truck has low air pressure lights on for two of the tires- agent said he thought it was a bad sensor- front tire was noticeable low. Brought back at 4:45, but he had me leave the key on a counter and go and didn’t complete my return until he was finished with his barber customer and didn’t put in the right return time- so I was charged an additional day because he waited till 5:10 to process the return. I even wiped the nasty truck down so it was cleaner being returned than when I picked it up. Also the passenger mirror does not stay adjusted.
