First off when I arrived on time for my reservation, the store was not open. They didn’t have the key inside the lock box and I had to wait 30 minutes for the store to open up and them to give me the key. I’m lucky I speak a little bit of Spanish or else I would’ve been screwed. The trucks transmission is totally shot and the mirror on the passenger side is super loose, causing it to open up limiting full vision for the driver while driving. When I didn’t put the car exactly back in the spot I was given an attitude by the owner. Definitely gonna try everything in my power to avoid this location.

I booked my reservation with an appliance dolly. It was not in the vehicle. They ended up giving me a regular dolly which I had no use for and charged me for it. I requested someone to call and explain the “additional” charges. I received no phone call but a receipt for extra payment which was unauthorized. I will be disputing the charge with my bank.
