They were very friendly but not organized. I dropped the trailer off over the weekend after hours. Several days later I got a notice that I had not returned it. It took a while to get a customer service agent but when I did, Matt was very helpful.

We changed drop off locations as this one was closer and they were able to close out the rental.

Ali ETrailer had a hitch left in it due to being unable to remove it, lights didnt work. If im to pay insurance on something, it should be working in the first place. Office was not welcoming at all.
JEFFREY DI asked him to help me to hook up because 5x8 trailer is pretty heavy to lift up. He came out to hook it up and also checked left and right signal lights and break light as well.

Derrick SWhile the staff was friendly there were some concerns with the trailer - no jack, this made it difficult and hazardous to attach to vehicle - chains were way to long - chains did not have a clasp, just S hooks - stickers were worn off of trailer - how to attach etc. - a photo was taken of the hit h by employee, but no one ensured it was attached correctly or that the blinkers work. Other locations have verified these items prior to us pulling away. - The trailer was dropped by previous user and no one looked it over prior to us taking it - Safety does not seem to be a priority, when * brought up my concerns upon return they said that is how the trailer was delivered to them.

Alida SAll service was good. Because I rented trailer 3 times, I know how to hoop up a railer, but they asked "Do you know how to connect it" and then took a picture of it. It would be nice for U-Haul to double check if it is hooked up tightly to prevent an accident. Thank you.

Lily LPeople were great in the office but vehicle was very dirty in the cab where driver sits. Did not want to touch anything. Hair, dirt, garbage - just gross!
Mary OI had two tires blow out on my 26’ rental. The roadside assistance was second to none. When I called to explain my situation Nig Partners Inc was more than accommodating. Upon returning the truck the next day they were more concerned that everyone and everything was ok before even talking about cost. Thank you for being human first! Highly recommend.

Thomas MVery poor customer service, the man working screamed in mine & my friends face for being 3 minutes late past closing. I was in the hospital from falling down the stairs and he yelled, he shushed my friend as she tried telling the worker on the phone, who he has on speaker the situation as we came right from the hospital. The guy working tried charging us 300 extra for being late. The guy on the phone overheard and said not to charge us. Very poor service, treated like crap and not a good spot at all

Robin WI found the gentleman working trying to charge me more, was given no directions other than him pointing to one side of the building, I video recorded around the van before and after because the last time I rented a uhaul we did a walk-around together. The back still had items from the previous user. Interior was muddy. Given no instructions as far as what to do upon returning. None of the emails came through until today. When I returned moments after closing he hovered inside his vehicle which made me very uneasy. If I hadn't rented a uhaul before I would have no idea what to do. He was very dismissive of me and was having conversations with the gentleman who came in after me instead.

WILLIAM DI had an awful, stressful pickup experience. I called two days before to ask to move the pick up from 7pm to 5pm and thought everything was good. I then got dropped off at the pickup location on the reservation to find out they don't have my truck and I had to go to another location on the other side of town (I was dropped off already). Then at the new location they promptly tell me they don't have a 15' truck I ordered and I would have to take a 20' foot truck to Halifax instead or I wouldn't get anything at all. The truck was only 2/3 full and ended up costing me more gas, plus they charged me a $50 coverage fee even though I said I didn't want it. My movers were already at the house by then so I didn't thoroughly read the contract...
Michael SFirst vehicle picked up had issues running and the storage area door would not open. Replacement vehicle was not fully fueled and the storage area was full of what resembled drywall dust. All items transported required steam cleaning after arrival. Previous to this, Moncton locations have been excellent.
Trevor SI was extremely disappointed! We chose this location specifically- as we required a moving dolly. I booked, it, paid for it- and once we arrived and we were signing the paperwork (which took way too long- what is the sense of prebooking just to have to provide all the info again) we were told oh, we don't have any moving dollies or carts- I will take that off the bill. We are an older couple (52 and 61 trying to move stuff to help mom- she is recovering from a stroke) and then treated like " oh we dont have that , no biggie. With my disability, no trolly, dolly is a huge deal. My leg will suffer for quite some time for trying to move without a dolly.

Sean HThe truck was very loud that they gave me, honestly it has me concerned it was going to break down on the highway. There was only one person working and he was extremely rude, it wasn’t busy I was the only person there. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Philip MWe had tried to rent a 15ft, were told a 20ft was the only option and ended up being switched to a 26ft the day before. Way too big for what we needed. Considering a smaller 15ft/20ft was sitting there not used between when we picked up and dropped off. Also the trailer had dirt and a sock just laying in the back.
