The location did not have the key in the lock box. The employee in the Chevron said the person that rents trucks was on vacation. The field general manager had to get Involved after an hour and the employee finally handed over the key. We also ordered and paid for a moving dolly and it wasn’t in the truck. I would never rent from this location again.

When I planned my rental I had parked my car .6 miles from a u-haul location. When I picked up my u-haul that location was not an option for my drop-off. I ended up walking 2.5 miles to my car.

RUSSELL HMy main problems with my rental had nothing to do with the location. I contacted a different location for my reservation. I asked for a 9:30 pickup. It was processed for a noon pickup. It was almost impossible to remove the key from the ignition of the truck I rented and one of the tires was not fully inflated.

Adam SMy pickup time was 8am. The location opened at 9am. No keys were in a box. Came back at 9am. Was told the 10’ I rented would seat 3. The woman working the counter was less than pleasant to deal with. Had to leave and call UHaul for help. I will never rent from this location again.
Traci HI've used Uhual many times over the last couple years and this was without a doubt the absolute worst location I've ever dealt with. I booked my rental the day before for 9 a.m. for a location 8 minutes up the road from my house, got to the place at 8:55, and proceeded to wait for 45 minutes for someone who knew what they were doing to get me the paperwork for a trailer. I didn't leave the parking lot until 10:03 that morning and instead of getting done early I didn't make it back until 3 p.m. that afternoon. And surprise, no one was there to complete the return, the app wouldn't work, and the lady I called to ask for help was the rudest uhual employee I've dealt with. At this point I think I'm just going to buy my own trailer so I won't have to deal with this company anymore.
