She was on the phone and never spoke to us. We waited outside as the sign said, after a good 5 min we went inside. She continues to be on the phone and came out to look at the truck and said we were free to go.

Terry BWindshield was filthy with bugs and dirt. It was so dirty, I did not find a 4" crack in the windshield until I got home to clean it. The pickup of the vehicle was a disaster!!!!! I visited the pickup store on the Friday before the Monday I was to pickup the vehicle. I wanted to measure the bed size and I wanted to see if there were any trucks available for Monday since this location was closed on Saturday and Sunday. I asked the lady if they would be open on Monday because I was picking up a 15' truck. She said I will be their at 9:00 am. I asked if I would have a 15' truck and she said yes. On Sunday I received confirmation from National UHaul that my truck is available for pickup on Monday. At 9:00 am on Monday I showed up to get my truck. The place was locked up tight and nobody was around. The sign said they were open M-F. I specifically asked on Friday if they would be open. So I called the local number on the door. The lady answered and said she was in Sagle, Idaho. She said she didn't know there was a pickup on Monday because they were closed on Holidays. She apologised and said she would be there at 1:00 pm. I then called Corporate UHaul and asked what was going on. Their records for this location did not show this place being closed on Holidays. Doesn't look like there is much communication with Corporate and local stores. At 1:20 pm I finally drove away from the store. .

SAMUEL FThey went out of their way to help me at J and M construction and are wonderful.I am extremely annoyed at the location drop off changing from 15 miles to 30. This is for the u- haul company. This cost me more and changed after I was on my way to my destination. Knowing the actual drop off location before one’s trip would be more helpful.

Herbert YTry to have a drop off location a little closer to where the customer lives or a least offer some monetary discount for moving your equipment to your preferred location 50 miles away. Probably would have not rented the truck knowing this ahead of time. Customers time and money doesn't seem to be an interest In your company policy
