The owner promised me one thing and then did not answer when I had questions. Ended up getting charged an additional $57 because the owner did not communicate well during the rental. ZERO out of TEN would tell anyone to STEER CLEAR of this guy.

Dropped off the night before. Site processed it at a point past 24 hours use, which was not the case. Although I only used the trailer for 12 hours was charged for two days. I understand this was in accordance with the contract, but in the past there was an adjustment. I saw no time adjustment this time around. I was disappointed that there was no reduction..

My reservation was tooken from on three different occasions! Just can't wrap my thoughts around people that uhaul has running their reservation of trucks that are sitting home eating cereal in their PJ's could even have the opportunity to go in and move people reservation like that. And they was very rude as well. I thank the reservation specialist at old farm road in Roanoke rapids for helping me.

The location was terrible...in a bad part of Rocky Mount, located in a business that on first glance is nowhere someone wants to walk into to do business. But once I met the gentlemen who owns the business, all that melted away. He was friendly and very personable. But getting past the gate is a tough and brave walk. The truck was excellent.

I was a little concerned for the shifting of transmission on my rental sound as though it was straining to shift even unloaded I recommend each loacation to insure fluid levels are correct just a thought but over all good all around

This location did not have a key to the truck and it took an extra 2 hrs to locate another truck that had a key!!!!! This cost me money because I had Labor that I was paying to help me move!!! This was an absolute disaster!!! Will not rent another u-haul!!!!

No, the store owner/operator didn't know the system and held me up, for an hour and 36 minutes. As a result I had to pay for 2 movers, that I didn't use because they had another job to do!

I was told I could return my truck to any Uhaul renter, including Wilson. I was then informed I had to return it to the place picked it up, costing me over $50 in gas and miles. I completed the form stating I was unhappy with my service after being lied to and was told my payment would not be processed until a Uhaul rep called me within 48 hours. That call never came and now I have an email saying my payment was processed??? I will be calling Uhaul later today. This is unacceptable and if this situation is not fixed I will never use Uhaul again.
