There is absolutely NOTHING that needs to be improved here. The man who helped me was SO HELPFUL, with everything from calling me into the office before he even opened when he saw me at the automatic key box to telling me how to make turns into traffic with the best visibility (be perpendicular!). He was insanely helpful and friendly.

ANDREA AThis was not the location I selected. I was informed less than 24 hrs that my pick up location changed from a 10 minute ride to a 30 minute ride adding unaccounted time and mileage. The truck had crumbs, spilled coffee and dog hair.

A gentle told him that I was here to pick up my order and the owner decided to wave his hand down and the yeah yeah I’ll get to it came out. The. The owner try to sell me upgraded tires for my truck because he said the tires on my truck were not the brand he likes. Proceeded to tell my to hire a professional driver to pick up the car I was getting. All I wanted was to pick up my order, use it the way I needed, then return it back.

John ANoon's is the best place to rent a U-Haul. It's a small family run business. No wait. No hassle. I reserved a truck a few days ahead and on move day Noon's had me on the road within 15 minutes.

diana wThe place was closed with no indication of where the drop box for the key was. It ended up being an exhaust pipe in the bottom of the garage door with a sign, ankle height, that said drop off. No signage was clear and the place looked like a dump.
