Mathew KHello 1) not sure why I had to go through all the information entry that I already provide when I made the reservation. 2) the app/website is very glitchy, slow, and not user friendly at all 3) do not understand why I had to provide someone else’s name and number to confirm who I am. Not reliable 4) the whole picture upload process was slow and couldn’t upload pictures. There needs to be a process review and application review.
