The two gentlemen that were in the store were very helpful and had excellent customer service skills. When I ended up getting an increased charge based off of excess miles, they were able to explain the reason why thoroughly.

SAMY MINclude mileage like most car rentals do. It was way more costly than I expected. I've rented trucks before with no mileage charge, then we had another $30 in gas!!! I most likely won't be back again. Mostly due to the mileage charge.!!!

He was such an uplifting and pleasant person during the whole process. He was thorough and made sure everything was in good condition and well maintained. He answered the phone immediately and took care of all our needs. I recommend this location because I know Bill will always treat people with respect and courtesy. I would never rent a truck at another location because this employee makes it all right without telling or complaining to anyone. He is the greatest part of U=Haul!!!

henry tTruthfully I rented a uhaul maybe 3 years ago from a location down the street and it was a horrible experience with the vehicle. Literally because it smelt so bad like something died in there and smoked. So I was nervous how my experience today would be but it was great. Vehicle was great. Smelt just as you’d expect more so but not in a gross way. Just being truthfully honest here. Loved norco rentals for their help also.

Steve ERan into a few issues with my moving situation call U-Haul the day before to inform them that I may need the truck for another day. The attendant said that I need to bring the truck back by 11:30 AM. I need the truck for another day instead of the attended allowing me to move forward by running the truck another day he said he had another client that needed a truck I made it back to U-Haul. Instead of the attendant allowing me to rent the truck another day I bring the truck back and he still charged me for another day. Unfortunately I had to go to a different U-Haul to rent another truck not so happy.

Vicki BStop the false advertising! The vehicle says $19.95 but it does not post all the hidden fees uhaul applies to your bill. Uhaul is a huge scam and I do not recommend using their services until they are transparent with their pricing!
