When we arrived at the scheduled time, we were told the dealer system was down. We waited an hour, and were told the keys would be put in a lockbox, and when the system was back up, we'd be given a combo to access them. Four hours later, a woman came to pick up the other 10' truck. She had contacted another location, and got a man named Kerry (sp.?). She gave us his number ((419)690-6387), and he was incredibly helpful. Got us on the road within half an hour, and stayed to help out when our dog was struck and killed by a passing truck. That man is a treasure.

The man at Norm's towing that runs the Uhaul Rental was very knowledgeable helpful and understanding especially considering how my situation with your app messing up my whole moving day turned out. Due to the fact that your app offered for extra moving help services that I decided to hire. Only to find out the first movers company that your app said would be available for the date I needed to move after accepting the extra amount for the movers on my credit card. We're not actually available for that date. So they politely called me and let me know that they would not be available and that I should try to cancel the reservation for them to come move for me and choose a different company if There was one available. Which there was so I canceled that moving company And authorized payment for a second moving company. Only to find out the next day when picking up my U-Haul truck that the first moving companies payment was still pending even though it was immediately cancel 10 minutes later since they were not even available for the day I needed to move anyway. This pretty much just messed up my whole entire moving day since I had the deposit required for the my Uhaul truck on that same credit card and the money was all tied up in a pending transaction. Which should not have been pending to be returned and wouldn't be returned a few days. So I literally had to lose almost 4 hours dealing with that and needing to go all the way back to my home while I had the actual movers that were available waiting for the truck to move my items to get cash to be able to pay the deposit for the U-Haul truck pick it up and bring it back all because Of the mess up with your app and the original movers not being available the date your app said they would. Then my money being On hold to be returned for a couple days which is absolutely ridiculous. I ended up having to pay the second movers twice as much for all the extra time lost waiting on the truck. It was just a huge disappointment I will never ever be using your app or reserving any of those things online ever again I will only ever do it in person in the future.

The truck we rented was FILLED with dog or cat hair. It was everywhere! There was also still trash in it from the previous user. We cleaned and vacuumed it out so that it was much cleaner when we returned it. Further, we had paid $20 for two dollies and only had one when we arrived. We were not reimbursed for the other dolly.

Make the chain hooks on your trailers a little wider. They won't fit the standard Toyota hoops.

This was a service garage. I expected the location not to be especially clean. The rep was very attentive and did his best to process us quickly. Again, the processing system seems to leave a lot to be desired.

In future let new customers know they have to have their own ball and what kind of electrical adapter is needed. I did not know this in advance. Will was willing to tell me what I needed to go get and even helped hook it all up. He was willing to do this even though it was the end of the day. Will use this location again.

I could not answer some questions oh, because I dropped off on a Sunday when this company was closed. I did not want my answer is to go against them. I have dealt with them before in person and do U-Haul place in Edison is a really nice place.

Staff someone onsite. Dropped off last night and no one was there. Site states they are open till 7pm. They are not. Returned today around 11:30am, and once again no one was there. I called the number which is supposed to be the locations phone number. No one answers and no answering machine. Goes to fax/modem. Both last night and today. The number on the door is for the towing company. You call them and they state they have nothing to do with Uhaul. Horrible drop off experience at this location.

There was no personnel there. And if you're going to make people take pictures of your trucks and do your work for you in the freezing cold, atleast load your pictures faster. Ridiculous.
