I was handed the key to the truck about 10 feet from the cab. We did no inspection or walk around. When I took the truck to my house to load, the Cargo area had an old dresser and significant garbage. The smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. I had to unload the dresser and clean out the garbage before I loaded my own cargo.

He said my tank was full but when I entered the van I could see it was a hair over 3/4 full. I did return it with a full tank to save the argument.

The 24/7 option was convenient but there were several difficulties in those process. The largest frustration I had was the lack of accessibility to customer service. I regularly waited 45+ minutes to speak to anyone.

When dropping off they said we took a dolly when I never paid for one or got one from them had to argue and show original contract receipt for them to say “ o sorry” over all truck was nice and worked but lots of Little issues

Staff had issues with check in. Mileage and gas were not properly recorder from previous customer. Staff corrected issues and were very friendly, through the troubleshooting of the issue. (Wasn't exactly the fault of who was checking me in)

Abysmal, car had dirty floors as well as a herpecedin stick underneath the seat. Less than 4 thousand miles on the truck but definitely needs an alignment, a lot of free play in the steering wheel. Also was charged $132 for a 2 hour rental of a $19.95 pickup truck for 44 miles.

I forgot to check the fuel upon returning. The woman checking me in asked multiple questions but never asked if I'd like to bring the fuel level to the proper level. After having the truck for a week I couldn't remember the level. I would have driven across the street and added $20 to avoid the $100 dollar charge. Smiling and saying have a good day while knowing I'm going to get surcharged seems disingenuous.
