SHAUNIKA JNo one spoke when l entered the store. The lady just looked at me. Then eventually asked the other person to help. The truck worked but the interior of the car was filthy. Crumbs on the floor. The front had old drinks spilled. Disgusting.
Angelia MI received about half a dozen emails from U-Haul, but not one of them had the itemized billing for what the rental cost me. I had to look at my credit card to see charges as they kept posting. Not cool.

JORGE VPlease have associates who are trained and qualified to inspect the equipment before someone rents it and take it on the road. I had a tire blow out and almost flipped my brand new car off of it and almost cause a severe car accident. Not to mention I missed all of my appointments while waiting on the side of the road for a company to come change the tire out.

BrAnDoN BEverything was going well until I had to pay. I used a WellsFargo card and as many people know you can customized how your card looks on the front. The card looked like a Mexican peso. So the girls I handed it to took it to, who I’m assuming is the manager/owner, to ask if it was ok to use. The guy then asked if I had and American business card, as the girl is walking back. I told the girls that it is an American card from Wells Fargo it’s just customized. She understood and we proceeded. As she is giving me some papers to sign along with the card, the guys comes back upfront. He seems kind of upset that girls used the card cause he still thought it wasn’t an American card. I reiterated that it was and even showed him my unaltered WellsFargo and told him that again it’s customized. He dated arguing with me saying that he can’t accept cards that don’t have the bank sign on it and that if it was him he would have refused the card. My mom seeing he was becoming argumentative told him hundreds or people do it all the time. He the proceed to say the R slur used against neurodivergent people. He said how (R word) it was that it was a thing to change the card. While I was still processing what he had said, my mother jumped in and ripped him a new. He then changed his wording and said that it wasn’t directed at us (the R word) but at the bank for allowing people to customize their cards. He ended up shutting down since he had no rebuttlal and helped others in the store. Never have I ever been to an establishment that 1) wasn’t aware of customizable cards and 2) that had an owner/manager that would use such language towards customers. Absolutely terrible and will never be doing business with them again.
Shannon OThe service person at this location demonstrated extremely poor customer service and professionalism. After forty years of doing business with UHaul, this encounter left a damaging impression. The communication with the UHAUL representative at the Georgia location was reprehensible. Unfortunately, choose a different provider for my next move.
MICHELLE TSamantha was very cordial, helpful, and professional - among the best I've dealt with. However, the location lacked the full service, and expanded hours that might have worked better for me. This is essentially a mobile phone vendor that happens to serve as a rental agent. The return process that was totally dependent on my proficiency with your app was difficult especially because the store didn't open for two hours after I had to return the equipment. It was my first experience with the app, and the availability of an Internet connectivity outside on a chilly morning made this less than the enjoyable experience I've always had with U-Haul. Too many pictures to upload to meet your requirements because the human agent was totally removed from the process.
Peter EGreat customer service by everyone at this location. Easy process in picking up truck and had no problems with truck while in use. Will come back to this location next time I need a truck.
Janet SAlondra and management are not professional. They’re crooks and will fraudulently charge you. The uhaul they rented me was so bad my lg dryer door broke! They marked the gas in the wrong spot and as I did my walk thru I brought it to alondra’s attention. She said I would still have to put it where the contract says it is even though she also said that it wasn’t at the mark the contract said the gas was. They charged me 2 additional miles even though I have proof it’s2 miles less. So much happened it would literally be like I’m writing a 5page essay so long story short DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!

Daniel RDidn't like this location for the fact they had music blasting right by the entrance. The trucks blinker light was out on one side.. Upon returning the vehicle which was scheduled for 24 hours, actually got returned in less than 5 hours. I get a call the next morning by some female employee who thought it was a great idea to call me & accuse me of not returning the vehicle. I've never in my life had anyone from uhaul call me & tell me that I have not returned the vehicle. Had this little girl actually done her job, she would have realized that what lever key she was looking for was right in front of her face the entire time. It pissede off that this girl called me, accused me & in the sea breath say "ohh I found them" never mind, bye", was the absolute rudest & unprofessional thing I've ever had to experience. She hangs up the phone without even attempting to apologize for what she just called & accused me of. Clearly yall let anybody work for uhaul

Yamaira HMy first reservation did not have my truck or dolly. I was sent to another location where they had the truck but no dolly. I had to go to yet a third location to get the dolly. I know things happen but you show know what I need and make sure I'm in the right place that has what I need.

alvaro eYou met our needs. You were so helpful. There needs to be a way that the U-Haul trailer could be dropped off at another U-Haul place instead of having to drive it back to the original place of rental. Especially when you live over 100 miles away from the rental location.

Andrea Lu-haul was leaking and lock was broken. The u-haul itself was completely worn down and barely drove. Rain got into my u-haul and ruined my couch. I was charged for two days. Terrible experience

Xander VThe young lady got Freddy the manager on the phone and he wants te receipts for the blade and the 8 gallons of fluid. I believe the dangerous part was the bigger concern. I could not wait 2 hours because I had papers that I had to sign or we would have had to wait until Monday to move in, which everybody had to go back to work. I feel that our lives were in danger and I am debating putting this post on all of the online sites.
