Returned when location was closed and there was a camper parked in front of the drop box so it was a little difficult to find, other then that, great and zero issues

Mendeep SI will never use uhaul services again. From the time I reserved my first truck that wasn't there until I turned in the other truck I had nonstop issues. In addition your app for android doesn't work and your website is ridiculously slow. I spent over an hour of my weekend on hold with uhaul customer service. Was a very frustrating experience all the way around

CLINTON CI dropped the trailer during off hours. The place was well lit, with plenty of room to maneuver. I had no interaction with the staff- but their location was top notch.

Betty CYour phone app is terrible. It is too difficult to work through. Having to type information in two or three times is ridiculous. Having to type in drivers license number and then take a photo seems like duplication. It took me an hour to login and then another 40 minutes to finish the rental process. Please find a better way.
