First two weeks before I needed this truck I understand that I would pick it up at the same location. One day before I needed it I was contacted and told I had to go to a different town. My mistake, I assumed that U-Haul could be trusted to fulfill their task. This added more mileage and gas use for the truck rental but also for me to travel further to pick up truck Also when I picked up the truck it had maybe a quarter tank. I had to.stop and get gas shortly after starting my trip. What happened to full tank then fill tank up when turning it in? . Live and learn.
