Even while during weekend hours for a local pickup, he walked me through checking in online over the phone with absolute professionalism, clarity and took remarkable care of making sure our return near effortless, additionally. The equipment was clean, however, once on the road with a loaded truck, the brakes were not good. I think that the truck should have been test driven by management to ensure that the brakes and other things were running smoothly before sending it out again.

Bob was extremely helpful. There was some confusion when I paid cash in full at the time of truck return, only for Bob to discover that my card had also been billed.
He caught me before I left his parking lot and returned my cash. I definitely appreciate his honesty.
