The U-Haul had not been cleaned after the last customer. The front cab had a shoe, a hair clip and other trash left behind. The back of the track had not been swept. Also. there was not much gas in the tank, so I had to get gas before we could leave for our destination.

Location was great. The App however was another ordeal. The application for UHAUL did not work well, including checking in and the check out process.
DUSTIN BI would regularly keep an eye on the inventory to ensure all inventory was on scene. I spent to long trying to get my trailer I departed late and arrived late to my destination. The gentleman that was there did his best to fight the computer and get me my trailer so I could leave as fast as possible.
napo ANo one was there when time to pick up the equipment. And to call and wait 20 minutes for someone to show up.

Lindsay SThere was no one at the site during normal business hours. I had to remove the trailer myself with help from my tire jack. The trailer got away from me, collapsing the jack, causing the tounge to slam into the gravel and then roll a couple feet down hill before stopping. A man showed up as I was finishing, and used an air hose to clean himself off of dust. I walked up to him, to ask if it was okay to leave the trailer where I placed it, and it was safe to do so. He said ugh.Not an employee, I guess. I took several pictures in case it was removed afterwards.

Clifton GI was sent a drop off via text from Uhaul that did not exist. I drove for an hour and a half trying to find it. I finally stopped at the fire station to ask directions and the fire dept said it did't exist. They directed me to the nearest location in Wilksborrow which could not accept my truck. I stood crying on two men at the moving and storage place who called 6-10 places before they found North Wilksboro moving and storage for me. I am eternally grateful for them receiving my truck, but I do not intend to pay for the extra miles I drove looking for the assigned drop off when I SPECIFICALLY asked to drop off in Boone NC!!!.
Andrea WI unknowingly had created 2 contracts, one in town and one one way. I intended for this to be a 1 way trip but they signred me up for an in town move which cost me a lot more

Jasmine SBusiness owner, had old reservation in system showing not picked up, he called us and we told him it needed to be cancelled. Well I assume he rented to someone else because the truck was missing according to him. He told us to call his AM for assistance. and hour later the reservation was put through as if we picked up the truck, he billed to cash to cover his butt and attempted to try and put his liability for the equipment on us. AM told us he would reverse the dispatch and two hours later still had not been done, after stating we were calling the police and filing a complaint with uhaul he reversed the rental. This is not the reputation uhaul wants. OM express is a terrible representative for uhaul and is a liability that will bite uhaul in the butt someday if not addressed

JEFFREY CThis is not where I requested the pickup. This was 40 minutes out of my way. UHaul should let people know that, most likely, the place we select for a pick up is not where we will pick up. This is bad customer service.
MICHAEL PThis is a loaded question. We waited an extra 30 min for someone to show up to help us. When he came, he charged us an extra $43 dollars and almost tried to send us with the wrong trailer size. You can’t call and reach anyone either
