james wFirst, this is not a complaint of this location, this is a general complaint to U-Haul. The vehicle I booked was given to somebody else. Then, I had to drive three hours, on my own dime, to pick up a truck and trailer at another location in Chetwynd. When I called the help line, all they did was transfer me back and forth and told me there was nothing they could do. This is the last time I will be using U-Haul, and I will not be recommending this company to anyone. This experience was more of an inconvenience than any help. If I had known that scheduling a pick-up time and location was useless, I would have booked a rental with Enterprise. They would have guaranteed me a vehicle on time.

Lindsay EThe truck was booked weeks in advance in Dawson Creek and I had to drive 130km away to get the units. The ratchets on the towing unit were rusted and difficult to tighten.

Bryan DThe owner of this location is great. Uhaul itself suck ass, they barely give you enough miles to get from A to B, if you get detoured because of weather it’ll cost you extra per mile, an absolute cash grab, fuck you uhaul.
Mike CReceived U-Haul truck with no furniture dolly but was charged for it. Truck had 3/8 tank of gas in it when I got it used it for 26 miles put a half a jerry can of gas in figured that was about right. Was then charged a $30 fuel service fee and then an additional $139 for fuel charge. Can’t understand the justification for that

Marty VVery helpful, and I don't think it's their issue as much as a U-Haul issue, but despite booking a truck and trailer a month or two in advance, the trailer was deemed unrentable, and there was no truck. However when a truck did come a few days later, they worked hard and cheerfully to help me book it immediately.

Brent ABack of truck was a little dirty, some sand and crap on the cab floor. However it was great to be able to use it for what was needed. And the girl that rented it to me well let’s just say she was amazing.
