Key was not available even though we did online checkout, paid, and received a receipt. No one on site at location. Someone showed up after 45 minutes but had forgotten key to office where key was locked up. After an hour and a half of waiting we were then told we did not have a reservation. We waited another 30 minutes, all in terrible heat, for the person with the key to discuss with his boss whether or not to give us the truck we had paid for. There were 2 chips in windshield not noted.

I dropped the trailer. The employee came out and had to move a vehicle out of the way and asked me to drop it closer to the garage. I had to drive through a mud hole filled with green water. The employee told me I could leave and he would check it in. This was Friday. By Monday I had to call the U-Haul number to get the trailer checked in. Finally received a receipt late Monday afternoon. The garage was very dirty, not layed out well.
