I went to Stow Away LLC, 4730 State Hwy Eastham, MA 02642 at my scheduled time this morning. No truck was available. I believe you promised $50 if no truck was available at my reserved location. Fortunately the good folks in Orleans were able to set me up. How do I collect my $50?

Kevin FThe cargo van I rented was well used but it performed its job adequately. However, I was given a key fob that had the unlock function damaged so anytime I wanted to unlock all the doors I had to go back to the drivers seat and unlock it there. It's not a big deal but it was annoying. The staff at Northeast tools were very friendly but seemed to have difficulty operating the software. And they forgot to put the dolley the van. Luckily I realized it within a few minutes but I had to turn around and go back. These are really not big deals but I think this staff could be better trained?

Bill Kthe truck was in terrible mechanical shape, if you weren't moving it would stall. it made the move we planned very difficult and stressful. That truck should have never been allowed to be used. further we wanted a smaller van but were not allowed to rent on on the website, but there were several there that were available at pickup and drop off. we ended up spending more money because of the larger vehicle that we didn't need. very disappointed. overall

Karen MSimplify after-hours return procedure. Not the fault of the location, but presumably of the u-haul system. Neither I nor my son (a software engineer) could get the app or the website to work for the return process. We simply left the key in the appropriate box and there were fortunately no complications with the return logged in the next day.

Kevin SI was not told that I would would need a cell phone to complete the return. Went home borrowed phone and tried to use app. After trying for 30 min, I called and was told the app was no good and I should log on to UHAUL.com. After going through most steps it crashed and wiped out everything I had done. I did it again and was told there was a $40 fee and fee for flat tire. I did not have a flat tire. I called the number again and was told to dispute fee online, but Customer Service said they could not help me. I spent 2 hours in total to return truck.
