Have equipment ready on time. Issue refunds in a timely fashion. (The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing.) Overall customer service was extremely poor from start to finish.

The hours on google, on the building, AND on the UHaul website did not match. The individual on the phone did notify me that those haven't been updated but it still was an inconvenience. Truck was dropped off but it would have been better if I was able to speak with someone. Especially since we rushed to get the job complete so that we could speak to a human face to face.

The location we rented from was excellent, as he always has been in the past. I messed up and got the truck stuck in the middle of the road. Reported it to uhaul. Was told 120 minutes and a tow truck would be there. Call uhaul back to ask for an ETA. They state he will be another 45 minutes to an hour. Call back and they tell me it hasn't been long enough to wait another 15 minutes then call back.. ask for the vendor so the officer from the city can call. The officer calls. Tow truck shows up. The guy from the towing company says he was never informed that it was blocking the road or he would have been there at 0430 when we originally called. We were in a deadline that we did not meet because of poor customer service communication. We will never again use uhaul. Our past 3 experiences have been hell.

The employee had no clue what she was doing and she was late opening the store. We were just sitting outside waiting for her to grace us with her presence. I understand people are late sometimes and it is no big deal. However, I could tell this woman did not know what was going on. I received an email the morning before saying my location had changed to this location, but she said she did not know I had a reservation at opening time or she would have been on time. Then, she did some weird thing with my bill and screwed it up. The Uhaul corporate was having issues with it because she did things she was not suppose to mess with. Then, she COMPLETELY DELETED MY ENTIRE RESERVATION! This entire experience was a nightmare. We had a 9:00 AM appointment and did not get all of the parts for my reservation until 12:30 PM....that is ridiculous. We went to a location a mile up the road to get a trailer since it did not work. The second location was so much better and very friendly! Honestly, I would be very hesitant to rent with Uhaul again, it was that awful of an experience! The truck was fine, the trailer did not have any working lights. Everything was clean, but not well maintained.

We rented a 5x8 trailer one-way in GA. It was rented for 3 days. I didn’t have an option to choose less. I was told that I would get credit for the two unused days at the receiving location. The person that waited on me said he couldn’t give credit. There appears to be a disconnect. I would like a two-day refund. I rented Sunday afternoon and returned it on Monday morning.

I did not have my dolly or furniture pads in my truck and have not received a refund yet even after calling and telling uhaul the morning that I picked the truck up.
