My experience was an excellent one! I had a few hiccups, but that was only due to me being exhausted and overwhelmed. There are 2 ladies I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to because they were patient and kind to me. The whole time Alyssa and Cara(maybe Kara) were exceptional! Thank you ladies for not only doing an exceptional job in yoyr role, but you made me feel appreciated as a customer. You, both calmed me down and helped me every step of the way until my issue was solved.

RICHARD SEmployees (owners?) were very courteous. Equipment worked just as as needed. Only issue was a small leak in the top of the trailer that allowed a small stream of water to drip onto my stuff.

JEVON TFriendly staff but the U-Haul system is extremely slow. My booking was screwed up and it took quite a while to get it even close to straightened out.

David AYou over charge me, I have a picture of the gas that was in it when I left started the unit on lot and contacted the store! He stated he would adjust. There is a 49.99 charge twice on my receipt why! I kept the unit 4 hours and return it at 6:08 pm
