Friendly staff but the U-Haul system is extremely slow. My booking was screwed up and it took quite a while to get it even close to straightened out.

You over charge me, I have a picture of the gas that was in it when I left started the unit on lot and contacted the store! He stated he would adjust. There is a 49.99 charge twice on my receipt why! I kept the unit 4 hours and return it at 6:08 pm

Jack on trailer needs attention and having a spare tire would be beneficial for those that can change a tire instead of being stranded on the side of the road for 4 hours.

There was a used bandaid in handle on passenger side door that had some type of bodily fluid or blood that As the driver I didn’t see and when I picked up my daughter, when she closed the door she touched. Very unsanitary. As a child she knew no better but it should have been removed

Truck was a little dirty but not complaining. The only thing I have a issue with, is that if I didn't bring it back with the same gas I would be charged alot. Yet I brought it back with more gas and not credited, yet still get charged for a few miles over. Could that not equal out?
