Milton SThe only complaint that I could make, and it is not the individuals fault, is the fact that there is no crank on the 12X9 foot trailers. This is a very heavy trailer and being a 54 year old female, i was not able to put this on my hitch by myself. The man that rented me the trailer was very kind to come help me lift this onto my truck, but this size trailer should really have a crank lift on it. other than that, the experience was great!!

Brian DFix the trucks check engine light for future use. It is a tad bit unprotected to rent a truck not in 100% working order. Luckily they truck was fine and it didn't impact me too much

david eIF I reserve accessories like dollys, blankets, etc with the truck... DO NOT wait to tell me at pickup the items are not available at the location! I needed a furniture dolly to do my move and the location DID NOT HAVE ONE. Totally inconvenient and defeated the purpose of renting the vehicle.

JEFF CIf system is down there should be a paper based way to allow the vehicle to be given to the customer. I waited and had to come back for this system delay. The gentleman helping me was wonderful and it was t his fault but the delay could be addressed differently

Terrence GWe were supposed to pick up a 20" truck and car transport in Westfield MA, but were told at the last minute (the night before) that Westfield didn't have the equipment, and we would have to travel to Winsted CT. to pick it up. Ridiculous! It added almost 2 hours onto our trip from Cape Cod to Westfield before we could even begin to load up for the move.

David BThe representative was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The vehicle we rented was low on gas and the company did provide us with a fuel credit. However, it was a little inconvenient to have to "make it" to gas station first thing. This would not prevent me from renting from these folks again. Overall, a good experience. Would use them again.
Mark FMy phone froze during the return process and it will not allow me to go back and finish it. I will email the photos and also a description of the collision I had while driving the truck.
