JEFF CIf system is down there should be a paper based way to allow the vehicle to be given to the customer. I waited and had to come back for this system delay. The gentleman helping me was wonderful and it was t his fault but the delay could be addressed differently

Terrence GWe were supposed to pick up a 20" truck and car transport in Westfield MA, but were told at the last minute (the night before) that Westfield didn't have the equipment, and we would have to travel to Winsted CT. to pick it up. Ridiculous! It added almost 2 hours onto our trip from Cape Cod to Westfield before we could even begin to load up for the move.

David BThe representative was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The vehicle we rented was low on gas and the company did provide us with a fuel credit. However, it was a little inconvenient to have to "make it" to gas station first thing. This would not prevent me from renting from these folks again. Overall, a good experience. Would use them again.

Diane TThe person at this location was wonderful. He was polite and very helpful. However, this location was 40 miles from where we requested pick up of the trailer and we weren't told that until the night before. The trailer itself had a tie down that was hard to fasten and in fact it came loose partway through the trip. Thank goodness we stopped and checked it and were able to re-tighten it before continuing on.

Diane NNothing. Rentals were available and I was able to reserve the van online which made the process very easy. Service at the location was excellent. The gentlemen that assisted me was very nice and helpful! Will definately use location again if I need to move something. Thank you.

Patrick TBefore renting from Northwest sporting goods I tried to rent from northeast muffler. After arriving in Millerton at the proper time I was informed my rental was over an hour away in Kingston. I would appreciate a refund for that failed attempt.

Adam TI was not very happy with the services they ask you online if you wanna hand truck when you get to the place to rent it the handtruck is not in the vehicle I had to go Rent and handtruck from someone else that is very bad business
Louise MI have rented from Uhaul many times and I was disappointed with this location. I usually rent from your corporate locations. This place was different as I had to get the trailer. And I had to hook it up. And I had to put it back and unhook it. Very different experience then my past rentals. The person who helped me was more interested in helping his hunting and fishing customers than rental. Also I need to travel to another Uhaul store to get an appliance dolly that I reserved but northwest sporting goods didn’t have. That was disappointing. Also the trailer had wet cardboard in it. I will be sticking to company locations for my next rental need.
