Krystal SI got charged $87 dollars after the fact on my move .Uhaul gave me an extra day and a 100 miles extra because of traveling for pick up..
Jeremy KThe steering was very loose which caused the truck to be pulled all over the road. It rained overnight and the roof had a leak so some of the items inside got wet. The back latch was very rusted and challenging to unlatch and secure each time.

Julian MIt's a giant sporting goods complex that is also a gigantic U-Haul location. The person at the counter was extremely pleasant & helpful, but it's definitely more about fishing & sporting than U-Haul rentals. Still... very smooth process & service was excellent, especially compared to the lack of service that is sadly the global norm today.

Kim VI've rented uhaul trucks and trailer from this location multiple times over the past 5 or 6 years and have had an excellent experience every time. Everything was a very easy process from reservations to dropping off and completing the final payment/refund of the unused deposit. I highly recommend this uhaul provider.

ANDREW LI don’t like having to use your app to return the truck or pay extra. I downloaded it but it didn’t have a mechanism to return the truck that I could find. I deleted your app. I don’t want to provide U-Haul a portal to grab data from me.

EUGENE MI was disappointed in the fact that my online reservation listed the cost at $55 plus I added the $8 insurance. We were expecting to pay $63 plus tax. With all the fees we ended up paying $79 dollars. I wish we could see all the added fees up front.
