It’s a junk yard and the office is closed with no signage or communication for where the trucks are. We had to call and be told to drive all the way to the back to find them…which frankly was a little scary driving between shipping containers and old equipment. We found the trucks, the app didn’t work well so had to call again. Got the app working to find the lock box was all the way back at the closed office. The lock didn’t work well. Tried the code multiple times. Eventually watched a video and after a couple more tries got it to work. Then had to drive back out through junk yo get back to the truck. Thank goodness I wasn’t just dropped off there. Even with driving back and forth to the truck it took 35 minutes and two phone calls for a process that should have taken 5 minutes. Incredibly frustrating and ridiculous. And that was after having the pick up moved to this location for some reason a day or two before the rental. Awful experience.

He was extremely helpful in helping me and help put my mind at ease that there would be a trailer at that location for pickup. My house have been hit by flooding in Florida and I needed to leave Monday for sure. After his call to a gal who was also very helpful show the trailer actually being there and set my pickup time for that day.
Roger SWe got to the location to pick up her truck. Our biggest reason for renting the U-Haul yesterday was to move several appliances to our new house. There was no appliance dolly which was on our order. No one called us to say there was not one available. And then there was not one available within a 30 mile radius When we called in at that point. The next problem was when it gave us the code to get the key out of the lock box. It would not open. It is in a very weird position and we called in and was on communication with the customer service for about 40 minutes. And then when we finally got in the lock box we were being told the whole time of the wrong position for the letters for the code. We were delayed almost an hour and it was even a more terrible experience because the appliances we were moving had to be lifted instead of using a dolly which was not provided. Overall terrible experience. I am all about given a great review when the experience is great. But this was very frustrating. It all started with not having the appliance dolly. And then the terrible experience with getting the key out of the lock box. Definitely need better communication. I would never use Uhaul again unless it is with a live person. Was not fond at all of the self check in. And I am very tech savvy. Just a very frustrating experience
