Was charged even though I was told there was no charge. When I called the location about the charges I was told not to call them again and to reach out to uhaul and then he hung up on me! I called back a second time and he hung up in my face a second time!

David FTruck had thick ice and snow on windshield, truck was not started and warmed up, had a exhaust leak! Will use different brand of moving equipment next time!
