We had reserved blankets, but they didn't have any. The person we talked to didn't believe we rented the trailer. Very poor experience.

There was hidden costs i was told the day before I picked it up it was 40 something I pick it up it was 115 I take it back then I get a call saying I owe 175 more

Make the process quicker. It took us nearly an hour to get the truck. We were on a tight schedule, and we were unable to move everything that needed to be moved.

Truck had thick ice and snow on windshield, truck was not started and warmed up, had a exhaust leak! Will use different brand of moving equipment next time!
