Would not recommend. Very hard to communicate with and understand. Didn't know how to get me a receipt when truck was dropped off.

We had reserved blankets, but they didn't have any. The person we talked to didn't believe we rented the trailer. Very poor experience.

MARGARET BMake the process quicker. It took us nearly an hour to get the truck. We were on a tight schedule, and we were unable to move everything that needed to be moved.
David FTruck had thick ice and snow on windshield, truck was not started and warmed up, had a exhaust leak! Will use different brand of moving equipment next time!
