Reserved a auto hauler but it was not there on Paris street where I was supposed to pick it up but wasn't there. Nobody call to let me know. So droved from the valley all across town then I had to cross across town to get one at norvic hotel. The attended didn't know what he was doing. I asked him twice if I could drop it off in hamner and how much he didn't tell me but said I could. And when I dropped it off in hamner I was told that I had pay a drop off charge. But wasn't told. I drove all over town to get one. No impressed.

Had to wait in a small office for owner to come down from his residence. No paperwork ready at all. Trailer was covered in snow and ice. Had to clean it before leaving. Yard was not plowed from previous snowfalls. Not recommended
Claudio DThe office smelled musty and very stinky. The attendant delayed scanning my return of the trailer. I believe this is why I was charged for an extra day. I booked the trailer at the Sudbury location and reserved it with my credit card. My driver picked up the trailer and he had to put the rental on his credit card. I was not satisfied with that situation either. I would not give U-Haul a good review for their services. I was satisfied with the equipment.
