Had to wait in a small office for owner to come down from his residence. No paperwork ready at all. Trailer was covered in snow and ice. Had to clean it before leaving. Yard was not plowed from previous snowfalls. Not recommended

The office smelled musty and very stinky. The attendant delayed scanning my return of the trailer. I believe this is why I was charged for an extra day. I booked the trailer at the Sudbury location and reserved it with my credit card. My driver picked up the trailer and he had to put the rental on his credit card. I was not satisfied with that situation either. I would not give U-Haul a good review for their services. I was satisfied with the equipment.
