There was no one at this location, and, other than a U-Haul van on the sidewalk, I would not have known this was a location. There was nowhere to park the trailer and, after calling to ensure I was at the correct drop-off location, they wanted me to push the trailer up onto the sidewalk - I had a 6x12, very heavy! I finally ended up parking it perpendicular to the street on the sidewalk and had to find rocks in the neighborhood to place under the wheels to prevent the trailer from rolling down into the street! I really didn’t understand why U-Haul chose this location that was nearly 20-minutes from my house when there was a location one mile from my house where they have had me drop off in April 2025 and other times in 2024!

This reservation I scheduled 3 weeks in advance to pick up from a north academy location. At the last minute I received a text stating I need to pick up the truck in fountain and a day early but apparently there will be no charge ( yeah right pretty sure I was charged for it) I was no where near fountain. I called to have to the pick up location fixed to somewhere near me they were kind and switch it. I go to pick up the truck the next day again a day early because they asked me to, I go to ez automotive to pick up said truck and no one is there. I call the location multiple times no one answers the phone. I then have to call the U-Haul support line who then changed my reservation again to the next day!! And then I give the truck back with the exact amount a freaking gas it came with and I still get charged 30 bucks for fuel. I will never rent from U-Haul again! You have lost my business!
