Signage on fence to direct drop off entrance is further down the road.

Uhaul could add security dash cams that send video to cloud in case of emergency. Would be beneficial for company because they could help prove liability for your customer and your company. If it helps your customer prove they are not at fault you save them money. You also save yourself money as well in case your in proving fault of your drivers if there is ever a dispute. Was very difficult to rate. Had an awesome experience. Would definitely do again with a mobile pick up.

The lady at the location was really nice and helpful, but the equipment was visibly older than I've had from other equipment. Still did the job fine!

Never!!! I dropped the truck off early and yet was charged another day because of employee mistake , Then was charged even more than was on invioce on my card !! I have proof . They blamed corporate and corporate blames them . Finally got back the one charge but not the other . Worst ever!! I am telling everyone . Something sketchy when your card shows a 10 higher charge than the invoice ..and yes I have the proff on my cell phone and paper . Nooone replaced the money either .

I did a sunday pickup while closed. The vehicle was fine, but my furniture and appliance dollies weren't in the truck, when I specifically called the day before to make sure they had them. I had to wait 20 minutes on the phone and drive another 30 minutes out of my way to get these items which were a must have for my move.

There were two people with two different reservations for the same truck. We arrived first, so we were able to get it. I feel bad that the individual with the second "guaranteed" reservation walked away empty handed. Poor planning on uhaul's part.

The girl at the register was super rude. She hung up on a customer while I was in the store and said you’re lucky we don’t auction your shit.

The site was down so my truck was never booked in advance like it was supposed to be. I ended up on the phone with headquarters and getting over charged for the truck and the woman on the phone was RUDE.
