Seal broken in driver side door so it sounded like a wind tunnel all the way from Portland to Seattle and back. the gas was difficult to fill as the nozzle had to be held so the gas would not pour out onto the street. This happened on our first fill up. The rest of the vehicle was fine and did the job well. We appreciate the close proximity of this location to our place of residence.

The truck rental was fine. However, I also reserved 4 different dollies and when I showed up I was told they didn't have a single dolly at all. I was heading straight to move some furniture and appliances, and now I was stranded. I had to find a different U-haul location and go and pick up dollies there out of my way and it cost me precious time of daylight. We ended up having to load the big items in the dark. I will never rent from them again. She said it was the fault of U Haul corporate and that they won't supply them with dollies. If that is the case, then don't make the offerable on the website and let renters know that. U Haul needs to take care of their franchisees if that is an issue. Bottom line it made for a horrible experience for us.
