THIS REVIEW HAS BEEN DELETED ONCE ALREADY. To improve the customer experience, if the reserved truck is not available at the reserved pick-up location, do not move the pick-up location to the truck, move the truck to the pick-up location. Verify that the pick-up location will be staffed at time of pick-up if it is scheduled within normal business hours. 9:30am on a Monday is NOT an "after hours pick-up." Hose the truck off before renting it out. Hose the truck OUT if need be. Pay attention to customer rental tax exemption status and charge accordingly. Have working customer support numbers accessible on the contract. Have those numbers consistently answered in English, with other languages available upon request. Authorize customer support representatives to actually address customer issues. Have a living human being reply to emails instead of a bot.
Allan PThe location was not convenient. I had a storage unit that is a uhaul partner yet I had to drive over 1.5 miles to another location. THere was not a clear area to drop off the truck. I had to call for help. I did not like the location. Althoght the customer service was helpful at 188 go uhaul.

James AThis was not the location i initially reserved the truck from ! Someone canceled my reservation 30 minutes before I got there !! Tried to make a new reservation that night while they tried to charge me double , even tho it’s their own mistake !! After leaving home , I had to come the next morning and take the truck . By this time my help was not available

antonio qDANGEROUS DROP OFF LOCATION. did an after-hours return here, pitch black street. Looks like the location is built into someone’s home with drop box posted on the back of the property. Felt as if I was trespassing. This location waited 2 MONTHS to close out my rental, hitting me with an incorrect $10.00 over mileage charge 60 days later…

David HA family emergency came up so no one was there. I had to use their truck use app and their lock box was so cluttered being disabled was very hard for me to get to.

Juan FCorrectly record mileage at pickup and drop off and advise your customers to take pictures of the odomoter at both locations to avoid being over charged. Also have the pickup and drop off locations show the odomoter to the customer when they record the mileage on the vehicle.
JACK Cwas given this location to drop the car dolly off at. went in made sure it was ok then after i dropped the car dolly off was told they don't take car dollies there. so i had to load it back up myself and take it to another location 12 miles away. This trip had a few problems and all were from U-haul.

gregory WDon’t lead customers on with reservation guarantees that aren’t true. I reserved a truck five days in advance only to find out at 4:30 PM on a Saturday that the truck was not available for a Sunday move. The UHaul care team representative wasn’t able to help me at all. I happened to run across an after hours pick up location where I could rent a truck with my smart phone. Unfortunately, it was smaller than the one that I originally reserved and I had to make multiple trips. Thankfully it was an in town move.

Stoll SBusiness not open on the day I was scheduled to drop off. Next day wasn’t scheduled to open til 11am, scheduled drop off time was 9am. At 11:30, still no one at the business. I called the number and the guy said he was sick , not coming to work today. What an awful UHaul dealer!

James SDo not charge their credit card without telling them. And do not issue a refund if you dont plan on actually refunding the money. And the customer service guy was very rude.

RONALD JThe representative that helped us connect our vehicle and helped complete the sign in process, was very friendly and helpful. We found an unmarked dent and he took photos and documented it on the spot. I like using Uhaul trailers because I feel they are heavier and safer than most trailers and they track behind the tow vehicle, very well and are stable. Most trailers I've rented have been very clean and in good shape. They've had a few dents bit that comes with rental trailers and hardware
