The truck had 1/4 of tank when we rented it, so we returned it with 1/4 of a tank and they still charged us $26 for fuel.

I ordered a furniture dolly and furniture pads with my rental but the trailer was completely empty when I arrived to pick up the truck. Nothing was included. I was still charged for those items even though I did not receive them.
