Rude gas station attendant. Every question I asked him was responded with “call u-haul. I do not know. We only rent out the spot for them to park their truck”. U-haul always redirects me to these types of locations instead of an actual u-haul store where I can easily retrieve my reservation. Overall, awful experience both time I rented a van.
