Poor computer system....causing me to be very late for my pickup I returned van in less than an hour and was charged additional $18 for 3 miles usage. Worker used his personal phone to take pictures of my credit card and drivers license....causing me to fear ID theft. Was not given a receipt though I waited for on. Called Andrew several times, send him text also, after returning the van and absolutely no response. I am yet to see a receipt to understand my charges. The attendant told me it's $48. Less than an hour and 3 miles on. Extremely dissatisfied Would never recommend to anyone.

The attendant at the gas station would not give the keys even though we had a reservation. We walked in and asked about the U-Hauls, unsure if he was responsible or someone else, and he just said "no" which led us on a goose chase for an hour with support, standing in the parking lot of the gas station. We finally realized that he was the one who had the keys, and only after support begged him over the phone did he give us the keys for our reservation. Very unprofessional and unnecessarily stressful!

Location was great. Uhaul App experience wasn't. Everytime I have to rent a uhaul, there are issues.

I declined all the additional services and protections. The guy at the counter added on a $25 protection after the fact. I called the customer service line and was told he did in fact add it without my knowledge after I had declined all services online. I was refunded but this is unscrupulous by this location.

Attendant had no idea how to check in the truck. Took four days to check it in and confirmed

Person behind the counter should be more knowledgeable about renting a uhaul vehicle and also be courteous to its customers.
