Needs Improvement with communication on pick-up and drop-off. Nur Auto repair a just rent the spot to Uhaul for truck parking. I wasted a whole hour trying to figure out everything. Customer Service help out greatly once i got on the phone with them.

No signage indicating where trucks are located (hidden behind building). No warning or heads up in the reservation to let customer know key retrieval at the location is automated.
